Born and raised in rural Alaska, Angelica has been cooking with locally harvested Pacific Northwest ingredients since childhood.
Angelica was formally trained under award-winning chef Darina Allen at Ballymaloe Cookery School, sited on a 100-acre organic farm in Shannagary, Ireland. There she honed her culinary skills and heightened her appreciation for farm-to-table cuisine.
