Buffet

A buffet meal consists of several dishes from which guests serve themselves.  Buffets can be elegant, casual and even interactive. You can opt for one large buffet or multiple smaller buffets called buffet stations. Buffet stations are used to encourage mingling, and full seating is not needed.   Spice up your event by adding an action buffet station where a menu item is created in front of you and your guests.
